Guests have free access to them 24-hours a day. This area also features a waterfall, Roman shower, and jetted tub. There are 23 different pools, 18 of which are open to all, while five on the Relaxation Terrace are for guests 18 and over. The stars of the show here, undoubtedly, are the soaking pools. Guests also note maintenance issues in some units. Note that some rooms look tired and show wear. Bigelow toiletries are supplied, as are hairdryers. Bathrooms differ in style, but almost all have shower/tub combos. Standard amenities in all rooms include flat-screen TVs with DirecTV, mini-fridges, coffeemakers, phones, robes, and free Wi-Fi. There's even one named after Oprah, a former guest, which has perks like a Jacuzzi tub, jetted shower, and a private sauna. Signature Suites have either kitchenettes or kitchens, and some feature extras like private patios or balconies and fireplaces. EcoLuxe Rooms are situated in an eco-building certified to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold standards.

Mountain Suites also have sitting areas and either kitchenettes or full kitchens with four-burner stoves with ovens, full fridges, and microwaves. They're larger, adding sitting areas with sofas as well as kitchenettes with sinks, microwaves, mini-fridges, coffeemakers, and toasters. Deluxe Rooms have a more traditional look with classic wooden furnishings and colorful accents like bed skirts. Dark wood furniture pops against light walls and crisp white bedding, while framed black-and-white photos on the walls add an elegant touch, as do tufted leather armchairs. These entry-level rooms are the closest to the pools and bath house. Classic Rooms, for example, were remodeled in 2017 so look fresher. They feature a tasteful contemporary look, though decor differs a bit among the different categories. There are four different types of rooms available at the hotel: Classic, Deluxe, Mountain Suite, and EcoSuite, divided between three buildings.
The hot springs are the main attraction, though skiers and hikers also make this their base for enjoying the area. Guests are a mix of couples and families with kids, as well as some groups of friends.
Other than this, there's not much else in terms of indoor common spaces - but there are plenty of corners to relax in on the grounds, be it in a hot pool or on a rocking chair by the fire pit. Area rugs adorn wooden floors, while a large flower arrangement adds a chic touch.

Elegant armchairs as well as velvet and tufted leather sofas are dotted about the space, plus there are high-top tables flanked by bar stools.
The attractive main building features small stone towers adorning its sides and equally elegant interiors, including an inviting lobby bar occupying an atrium space that's overlooked by two levels of interior hallways with wooden railings. The mid-range property occupies several buildings on large grounds, many of which are low-rise structures along with two-story units.
